Jennifer Aniston reveals what her "perfect" day off looks like, and how dogs are involved, in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE
"It looks like a blank schedule — there's not one thing on it," the actress says

Jennifer Aniston likes to relax and unwind in a specific way.
When the Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG Award-winning actress, 56, has time off amid her hectic lifestyle, she tells PEOPLE that her "perfect" day off follows a certain structure.
"It looks like a blank schedule — there's not one thing on it," Aniston says. "That's a perfect day, and then can I figure out what that day looks like as it goes."
When asked if her three dogs — Clyde, Lord Chesterfield and Sophie — are involved in her ideal day off, The Morning Show star exclaims, "Of course! That's a given."
"The dogs are everything. They're living, breathing, pure, good love. It's literally having love bombs just sitting on either side of you," she continues.

Aniston has been a staple within the entertainment industry for almost four decades, working continuously since she made a name for herself when she was cast as Rachel Green in Friends.
Speaking candidly about her work ethic, and how she sometimes has to remind herself to take time off, the star tells PEOPLE, "I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I'm forcing myself to try to take some time to travel and not work."

"It's so critical, I know, but I'm not good at it," Aniston, who has launched a new campaign with Smartwater, continues. "Our work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you're just working so much that you don't have any wonderful life experiences."
"I'm trying to take it easy, because this was a really intensive few years of work," adds the LolaVie founder. "I'm trying desperately to learn how to create those auto replies when emails and texts come in, where it's like, 'I'm away forever. But call me in December, I'll be back.' "
Aniston further explains that having this outlook is more important now than ever. "There's a lot that we need to not focus on, because it's so awful and ugly," she says of life's not-so-great moments.
