Jack Black left fans in tears during his tribute to Ozzy Osbourne as the metal icon wraps up his decades-long career, as the actor and a promising "young man on the guitar [who] stepped into some HUGE shoes" also honored Osbourne's former guitarist, Randy Rhoads.

The beloved comedic actor teamed up with Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello's son Roman Morello on the guitar—which once belonged to the legend, who was just 25 years old when he died in a plane crash in 1982—Hugo Weiss on the keyboard, Anthrax's Scott Ian's son Revel Young Ian on the bass, and Yoyoka Soma on the drums for an "absolutely marvelous" tribute, which aired during the "Back to the Beginning" lineup that served as the "Crazy Train" singer's final live performance.

"Covers don't get more faithful than this," they added.

"Man, as if this wasn't already incredible enough, Jack and the guitar player re-enacting the Ozzy / Randy lift brought tears to my eyes," another commenter shared, with another agreeing that the "absolutely marvellous" moment was "emotional af."

Fans also found it "extra special" that the young guitarist was playing Rhoads' guitar, with one feeling certain that the late musician is "smiling down from Heaven."
