Zac Affleck has shared a series of new snaps of his and wife Jen Affleck's newborn daughter Penelope
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives stars announced the arrival of Penelope on Wednesday, July 2
The couple are also parents to daughter Nora, 3, and son Luca, 23 months

On Sunday, July 6, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, 28, shared a series of new snaps of his and wife Jen Affleck’s newborn daughter, Penelope Phyliss Affleck.
In the first photo, Zac can be seen smiling as he cradles Penelope in a towel in the hospital, while other shots show the little one snoozing, stretching and smiling at home.
“One week with our Penny girl 🤍 See the last video to get her thoughts on reality tv 😂😝,” Zac captioned the carousel.

The video shows Zac holding a sleeping Penelope in his arms as he sits on a couch while The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives reunion plays on the TV.
Making a confused face, Zac tells the camera, “Who are these people?” as Jen, 26, can be heard giggling in the background.
“These people are crazy,” Jen then says from behind the camera, before switching her phone around so the camera is facing her.
“Crazy,” she added.

Jen and Zac announced the arrival of their daughter on July 2. They are already parents to daughter Nora, 3, and son Luca, 23 months. The couple celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary in February.
In their joint Instagram post sharing the happy news of Penelope’s arrival, Jen shared an insight into her birth.
"Baby Penelope is here 🤍 & she is perfect," Jen wrote in her caption. "Going unmedicated was truly the most painful but empowering experience of my life. I could not have done it without Zac and my supportive doula! I’m so grateful and so happy that Penny is earth side now🤍."
The words accompanied photos of Penelope just moments after her birth and Jen during labor as Zac supported her.

At the time Jen discovered she was pregnant, she and Zac were separated and Jen was seen breaking down in tears after taking a pregnancy test on season 2 of the SLOMW and seeing it was positive.
"I started feeling depressed and anxious because my life has been really rocky and all over the place. So I am stressed out of my mind with the thought of me being pregnant," Jen said in a confessional. "Because Zac and I aren't on the best of terms. And I think the last thing we need is another baby."

The reunion of season 2 of SLOMW also saw the revelation that Jen and her costar Whitney Leavitt will be competing in the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars.
After the reunion aired on July 1, days later Jen shared a video from the delivery room of herself busting a move in a hospital gown as Zac cradled baby Penelope in the bed.
“My pelvic floor might not be ready… but I sure am 👀💃🪩 @dancingwiththestars,” Jen captioned the clip.
“The doctor coming in 5 minutes prior and telling you no physical activity for 6 weeks 😂😂,” Zac added in the comments section.
